Shipping Information:

We only deliver to UK addresses.

For orders placed Monday - Friday before 3pm we aim to process that day.
Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next working day.
Any orders processed placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

UK delivery charge is £2.95 flat rate.
Gift Vouchers are delivered free of charge.

Returns:

For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of products unless they are faulty or damaged, or you received the wrong product due to our error. For any faulty / damaged items, please contact us immediately upon receipt otherwise we are unable to process a refund. If you are in any doubt about a product, please contact us before you make a purchase.
